Sales Tax

Wildrose Farm Organics currently only collects sales tax for orders shipped to an address in Minnesota. For these orders, sales tax is collected for non-food and non-clothing items in the amount of 6.5% of those items. Sales tax is not collected on shipping fees.

Shipping

We offer standard ground delivery within the United States. Most orders will ship by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Please allow one week delivery for all in-stock items.

Please note - We will make every effort to get your packages to you by the expected date (one week for in-stock items, 2 - 3 weeks for custom orders), however, it is not within our absolute control to guarantee the timely arrival of your package. To reduce the possibility of the late arrival of a shipment, shop early!

Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for orders placed through our web site. If you would prefer to phone in your order or order by mail, we can accept personal checks as well. To phone in an order, please call us at (218) 562-4864. Returns and Exchanges

Within 30 days of the shipment date, you may return all or part of your order for a site credit or refund. Please call (218-562-4864) to let us know what you would like before sending the item(s) back to us along with the original packing slip to: Wildrose Farm, 7073 Nickel Road, Breezy Point, MN 56472. You will be notified as soon as your credit card has been credited. We apologize, but we cannot pay for the return shipping costs.

If you need to exchange an item, within 30 days of the shipment date, please call (218-562-4864) and let us know what you would like first, then send the item back to us along with the original packing slip and exchange instructions to: Wildrose Farm, 7073 Nickel Road, Breezy Point, MN 56472. Your replacement will be sent out with the same expediency as any order. Your credit card will be adjusted for any difference in cost. We apologize, but we cannot pay for the return shipping costs.

Security

As you complete your order, you'll be asked for your name, address, and credit card number. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to send your credit card number to our computer. Throughout all of our catalog, basket, and checkout pages, you'll note a small locked lock at the bottom of your browser, this reassures you that all information submitted on these pages is secure. If you are using Netscape you'll find this security symbol at the bottom of your browser window on the left. In Internet Explorer it will also be located at the bottom of your browser, but on the middle to right side.

SSL sends your credit card number and other information in an encrypted code, which only we can decode. This information is then sent to a credit card payment processor to validate the name, address, and credit card number - in much the same way that restaurants and stores handle your purchases. Your encrypted credit card information is then stored in a highly protected computer. We only keep your credit card number on file for 30 days, in case you return or exchange items and need to be issued a refund. After those 30 days, we completely remove your credit card information from our computer system. If you create an account on our web site, we can keep track of your name and address from one order to the next, but you will have to provide your credit card number each time you order. Wildrose Farm Organics will not provide any information about you to anyone outside the company, unless you specifically give us permission to do so.
