Wildrose Farm Organics currently only collects sales tax for orders shipped to an address in Minnesota. For these orders, sales tax is collected for non-food and non-clothing items in the amount of 6.5% of those items. The Minnesota Department of Revenue requires us to also collect sales tax on the shipping fees of these orders.

We calculate our shipping with the USPS Priority Mail rates. We are in progress to make this feature automatic on the shopping cart check-out. Currently, you select the amount to pay, but we will email you if this needs to be changed, before charging your credit card, as the rates are based on weight, not choice.

If you need to exchange an item, within 30 days of the shipment date, please call (218-330-6666) and let us know what you would like first, then send the item back to us along with the original packing slip and exchange instructions to: Wildrose Farm, 7073 Nickel Road, Breezy Point, MN 56472. Your replacement will be sent out with the same expediency as any order. Your credit card will be adjusted for any difference in cost. We apologize, but we cannot pay for the return shipping costs.

SSL sends your credit card number and other information in an encrypted code, which only we can decode. This information is then sent to a credit card payment processor to validate the name, address, and credit card number - in much the same way that restaurants and stores handle your purchases. Your encrypted credit card information is then stored in a highly protected computer. We only keep your credit card number on file for 30 days, in case you return or exchange items and need to be issued a refund. After those 30 days, we completely remove your credit card information from our computer system. If you create an account on our web site, we can keep track of your name and address from one order to the next, but you will have to provide your credit card number each time you order. Wildrose Farm Organics will not provide any information about you to anyone outside the company, unless you specifically give us permission to do so.

Because we value you as a customer, we will NOT SELL or SHARE your account information with anyone. We do not send out newsletters or junk email. We also give you the freedom to shop without having to sign up, or create an account, at all. If you do wish to create an account, we only ask for very basic information, so as to preserve your privacy. By creating an account, you can save time on future visits to this site, by not having to re-enter your shipping information. Plus, if you ever have a problem with your order, this account information will help us serve you more quickly. Credit card information is used only for the billing of products and services per purchase, and is not retained in your account. In fact, we only keep your credit card number on file for 30 days, in case you may need to return or exchange item and need to be issued a refund. After those 30 days, we completely remove your credit card information from our computer system.

We do use "cookies" on this site. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to remember what you've placed in your basket, as well as if you are signed in to your account. These cookies save you time so that you don't need to re-enter information you've already given us, each time you visit our site. If your browser does not accept cookies, you can still make purchases from our store. You'll need to find the item you wish to purchase from our catalog and click the "Buy one now" button, which will let you checkout directly. If you would like to sign in to your account and place multiple items in your basket, you will need to be able to accept cookies.

If you have created an account on this site, and need to correct or update your account information, please click on the "My Account". Once you enter your login and password, click the link on the side of that page that says, "Welcome back, Your Name." You can then make any changes to your account and click Save.

If you have created an account, but have forgotten your password, you can click on the "My Account" link. Enter your login and click the choice to "Please Email Me My Password." An email message will be sent to the email address you provided when you created the account.
